We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Accountant, specialising in reconciliations, to join our Accounting & Finance team. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle numerous tasks with deadlines in the Leisure industry.

Description

  • Perform daily reconciliations of financial transactions.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial statements.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance financial procedures.
  • Participate in audits and work closely with external auditors.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  • Contribute to the team's objective to meet accounting and finance goals.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as requested by the management.

Profile

A successful Accountant should have:

  • Professional accountancy qualification or QBE
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
