Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing audit engagements from planning to completion.
- Reviewing audit files and providing technical guidance to the team.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting business development activities and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Managing and mentoring a team of audit professionals.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Significant experience in audit within an accountancy practice.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
