Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Reviewing audit files and providing technical guidance to the team.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting business development activities and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Managing and mentoring a team of audit professionals.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Significant experience in audit within an accountancy practice.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
