- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Manage financial audits and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
- Support business growth initiatives, including M&A, investment strategies, and financial modelling.
- Management and development of team of transactional staff.
- ICAS / ACCA / CIMA Qualified with 3 years PQE
- Ability to work to challenging deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Salary between £55 to 65k
