Are you a strategic and results-driven finance leader looking to make a real impact? We are seeking aHead of Finance to take ownership of our financial operations and strategy, ensuring robust planning, compliance, and stakeholder engagement to drive business growth.

As Head of Finance, you will lead a finance team, ensuring financial stability, compliance, and strong cost controls. You will play a key role in stakeholder communication, board reporting, and finance transformation, improving efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation.

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.

• Manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering high performance.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and auditing requirements.

• Prepare and present financial reports to the CEO, board, and stakeholders.

• Drive cost-saving initiatives and enhance financial performance.

• Collaborate with thewider business to integrate financial considerations into business strategies.

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong track record in cash management, financial controls, and team leadership.

• Experience in a senior financial leadership role (5+ years).

• Strategic thinker with the ability to dive into detail when required.

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to partner with business leaders.

• Proven ability to implement processes and strengthen financial controls.

• Excellent board reporting skills, with the ability to provide key financial insights.

• Experience in finance transformation and driving efficiency in accounting functions.

• Retail industry experience is highly desirable.
