JR255: Insulation AuditorLocation: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Carlisle, Newcastle, Middlesbrough    Salary: £35,000 Per AnnumOverview:  First Military Recruitment are currently seeking an Insulation Auditor on behalf of one of our clients.  Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration. Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Analysis and reporting on all products quality and H&S services based on Customer purchase for all Systems.
  • Develop new product offerings (systems) that will create an expanded portfolio.
  • Manage the relationships with Agrément bodies such as KIWA and the BBA as well as Industry bodies technical staff such as the IAA.
  • Create and update all technical training modules that can be provided at distance and face to face.
  • To help create a business that wins new Customers through its professional approach to all parties, both Installing and third-party governance.
  • Support the Director and owners of the Company in longer term and more strategic goals to grow the business and profitability within
  • Cover the UK for all site audits and site training required.
  • Add value to the business with clear reporting on value added services, profit creation and alternative solutions to market trends.
  • Carry out all administrative tasks required

  • Willingness to learn new skills and progress

  • Ability to manage a customer and partner expectations in a way that nurture relationships and grow the profitability.
  • IT skills including reasonable proficiency in MS Office and use of the Internet.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good time management
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, able to absorb and present technical information.
  • Ability to work harmoniously within a team, whilst challenging the status quo when appropriate. Regular contributor to team meetings and workshops
