Description

  • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • Professional accounting certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Transport & Distribution industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
