- Manage the accounting, reporting, and analysis for aspects of the firms global employee compensation.
- Work closely alongside internal finance teams to ensure interpretation and implementation of new accounting policies and new compensation arrangements.
- Ensure a strong control environment is maintained.
- In depth analysis of large datasets to provide information and insights across a wide range of stakeholders.
- Deliver continuous improvements through automation and process enhancement.
- ICAS / ACCA / CIMA Qualified Accountant with two years PQE.
- Strong experience in finance processes, controls and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience leading and developing a team.
