iMultiply are partnered with a leading Glasgow based organisation, committed to creating tailored solutions for their clients. They are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Part Qualified Accountant to support the team in providing quality service to their clients.Job Summary:As a Part Qualified Accountant, you’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring that their financial reporting needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.As a Part Qualified Accountant, you will be involved in, but not limited to:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering tailored financial reports that meet their specific needs.
  • Prepare customised monthly and quarterly management reports, as well as annual financial statements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and work closely with the team’s Director to drive positive change.
  • Support the team through detailed financial analysis and provide insights through customised reports.
  • Manage investor reporting, prepare VAT and CIS returns, and conduct due diligence for acquisitions and disposals.
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures to meet service level agreements and performance targets.
  • Oversee cash flow, loan covenants, and calculate dividends or distributions.
  • Participate in client and internal meetings, sharing insights and updates.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their growth and development.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Accounting qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIMA) or progress towards one.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
  • Well-organised and able to balance multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to tackle new challenges.
  • Experience preparing financial statements under IFRS and FRS 102 standards.
  • Background in property accounting and familiarity with Channel Island entities is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, and experience with TBS TRAMPS or Yardi is a bonus.
