Description
The successful RTR accountant will likely have the following responsibilities;
- Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
- Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Preparing account reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies.
- Collaborating with other departments to improve financial procedures and controls.
- Contributing to the completion of annual audits.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participating in financial projects and initiatives as required.
- Assisting with the implementation of new accounting systems and processes.
Profile
The successful RTR Accountant should have;
- An academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial software packages and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
