We're looking for…
- A proven track record in tax structuring and pre-sale planning for owner-managed businesses and corporate groups.
- Strong knowledge of HMRC practices, Business Asset Disposals Relief, and other key tax reliefs.
- Expertise in share schemes, including EMIs, growth shares, hurdle shares, and Employee Ownership Trusts.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
- Demonstrated business development and marketing acumen.
