Role - Tax Senior

Location - Glasgow

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and delivering solutions to a broad range of clients, many of which would typically only be associated with much larger firms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse and high-profile portfolio of tax clients, providing tax planning and advisory services across various sectors.
  • Advise on both corporate and personal tax issues, offering bespoke solutions tailored to the needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across other advisory disciplines to deliver holistic services to clients.
  • Take ownership of managing client relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and assist with preparation of tax filings.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in UK tax, ideally with exposure to both corporate and personal tax
  • Strong technical knowledge as well as compliance and advisory experience
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with a talent for explaining complex tax issues in an accessible way
