Accounts AssistantBellshill£29,000We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our client in Bellshill. The company is growing, and the accounts team is a close-knit group that supports the wider team with accounts and back-office tasks. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in credit control. All applications are welcome from seasoned Accounts Assistants or Accounts Administrators.
Contract: 37.5 hours per weekWorking hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Hours can be 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm.Benefits:* Generous annual bonus based on company performance.* Pension contribution.* 22 days of basic holiday plus 8 bank holidays.* Fully office-based position.Responsibilities:* Receive and collate invoices from suppliers.* Manage high volume invoice processing.* Purchase ledger and sales ledger processing.* Liaise with suppliers regarding any queries.* Reconciliation of supplier statements.* Bank reconciliation.* Credit control.* Manage goods received (GDN).* Deal with customer enquiries to resolution.* All associated administration.Skills & Experience:* Previous experience in a Finance Assistant position.* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.* Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel & Word) and SAGE 50.* Ability to work to strict deadlines.* Able to work flexibly under pressure.If you are keen to learn more about this opportunity or others, please apply or email your CV to / .
