Description

The successful Assistant Project Accountant will have the following responsibilities but not limited too:

  • Supporting project accounting activities and maintaining project accounts
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Ensuring compliance with financial standards and regulations
  • Collaborating with project teams to develop budgets and financial plans
  • Analysing financial data and preparing financial forecasts
  • Maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets
  • Participating in financial audits and implementing audit recommendations

Profile

The successful Assistant Project Accountant should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
