Salary - £25,000
Location - Hillington
Working hours - 830am - 430pm but 2pm finish on a Friday
Working days - Monday to Friday

Our client based in Hillington is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their busy office. We are looking for someone who has experience with SAP and Xero and comfortable with the below Please read below to find out more..
Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase invoices through SAP and Xero
- Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within purchase ledger
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Process credit card statements and expenses using SAP and Web Expenses
- Daily banking using online banking facilities
- Processing all banking transactions through SAP and Xero
- Weekly Payment Runs to Suppliers ensuring all invoices are authorised within company policy
- Monthly Bank Reconciliations
- Management and Reconciliations of stock held within office
- Assist with finance tasks as required
