Morgan Hunt has various opportunities for experienced Customer Service Administrators with our Higher Education client based in Glasgow.
- Temporary role - starting immediately until at least the end of March
- Pay rate £12.92
- Office based - no hybrid working option
Job duties:
- Build and develop a knowledge of Admissions processes, legislative and compliance procedures
- Managing Admissions related enquiries via various channels - email, telephone and face to face
- Pre-application support for students prior to submission to enhance application quality
- Developing relationships with key internal stakeholders within Admissions to support with the enquiry management
- Completing various administration tasks in relation to the Admissions process
Skills and experience:
- First class customer service skills
- Competent IT skills particular with MS office packages
- Database management and experience working with bespoke databases
- Ability to multi task and prioritise effectively
- Experience working in a customer service environment
- Higher education experience would be beneficial
