Morgan Hunt has various opportunities for experienced Customer Service Administrators with our Higher Education client based in Glasgow.

  • Temporary role - starting immediately until at least the end of March

Job duties:

  • Build and develop a knowledge of Admissions processes, legislative and compliance procedures
  • Managing Admissions related enquiries via various channels - email, telephone and face to face
  • Pre-application support for students prior to submission to enhance application quality
  • Developing relationships with key internal stakeholders within Admissions to support with the enquiry management
  • Completing various administration tasks in relation to the Admissions process

Skills and experience:

  • First class customer service skills
  • Competent IT skills particular with MS office packages
  • Database management and experience working with bespoke databases
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise effectively
  • Experience working in a customer service environment
  • Higher education experience would be beneficial
