Job Overview:

We are seeking a UK Course Administrator to manage the booking and logistics for our UK-based courses and events. This role involves ensuring smooth operations, liaising with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bookings for open and company-specific courses, updating records in our internal systems.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to course performance.
  • Handle client inquiries regarding courses and events in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate venue bookings and source new locations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate filing of course-related correspondence and client data.
  • Assist consultants with administrative tasks when required.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure successful course delivery.
Required Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Pardot, SharePoint, and bespoke CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
