  • Managing and organising calendars and appointments
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Coordinating and facilitating meetings, including minute-taking
  • Answering and directing calls to appropriate executives and parties
  • Supporting and contributing to team operations
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Profile

A successful PA should have:

  • Experience in a similar PA role within the Business Services industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office
