  • Task Management: Oversee and prioritise a wide array of administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and activities are well-coordinated.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing updates, answering queries, and ensuring smooth project execution.
  • PMO Administration: Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, risk registers, and issue logs, ensuring accuracy and version control.
  • Process Improvement: Support the continuous improvement of PMO processes and methodologies, contributing to a culture of innovation and efficiency.
  • Resource Coordination: Assist in the allocation of resources across projects, ensuring optimal utilisation and minimal conflicts.
  • Support for Transformation Initiatives: Provide administrative and coordination support for key transformation initiatives, ensuring activities align with strategic priorities.
