- Assist customers with parking directions and support.
- Provide exceptional customer service in a busy atmosphere.
- Be the friendly face that creates a positive shopping experience.
- Manage sign-in and sign-out process for parking attendants.
- Distribute and collect uniforms at the start and end of shifts.
- Assign work areas within the parking lot.
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
- Address any issues effectively with the store manager.
- Request completion of a daily survey to evaluate service delivery by you and your team.
