- Assist customers by providing parking directions and support.
- Offer exceptional customer service in a busy and dynamic atmosphere.
- Be the friendly face that helps create a positive and seamless shopping experience.
- Guide traffic and support customers as they enter and exit the car park.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Assist customers with finding available parking spaces and provide guidance when necessary.
- Ensure the car park operates efficiently, ensuring vehicles are parked correctly and in allocated spaces.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring the car park is free from debris and hazards.
- Utilise a mobile app to collect and record data related to the car park operations.
- Report any maintenance or security issues promptly to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide assistance and support to other members of the team as needed.
