Conrad Consulting have a brand new vacancy for an Architect or Architectural Technologist in central Glasgow. We're recruiting on behalf of a reputable Architectural practice that operate across the breadth of the UK.
Typically, this practice operate across a multitude of design-sectors including: Commercial, Industrial, Historic buildings and everything in-between. Their Glasgow office is expanding and with planned relocation to larger premises in the city centre soon, this could be an excellent time to join the company.
Ideally they are looking for an ARB registered Architect to join the practice in early 2025. Please read the criteria listed below to assess your suitability to this new vacancy.
Key Responsibilities of the Architect will include:
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions
- Creating and developing architectural designs from concept through to construction
- Producing detailed drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Requirements:
- ARB/RIBA qualification with a minimum of 1-year post-qualification experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working on Commercial, Industrial and public sector projects preferred.
