The Role:


Working alongside the sales team you will be the first point of contact for all new sales enquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

Key responsibilities include:


* Managing incoming enquiries via phone, email and live web chat.
* Evaluating and vetting enquiries to direct them to the relevant departments.
* Streamlining the customer journey by signposting to online services when appropriate.
* Setting up new clients in the CRM system.
* Managing diaries for sales representatives and processing sample orders.
* Utilising an enquiry profiling tool to qualify and evaluate inquiries.
