Sales Consultant

My Glasgow based client is looking for an experienced sales consultant to join their team. My client is an award-winning company and a household name within their specialist industry.

This is a great opportunity to come and learn the business and progress into a more senior position as the team grows in the next 6 -12 months.
Offering a competitive salary of 25K with the potential for future earnings to continue to grow over time.

You will be responsible for the following:

Managing a sales pipeline of active accounts
Cross selling and winning back lapsed business
Dealing with a number of enquiries for existing client base
Offering a high level of service at all times
Becoming an industry expert

Although my client is open to various experiences they will only consider candidates who can demonstrate longevity in their current workplace (3+ years).

To be considered for this position you need to be able to demonstrate:

Experience in a sales or account management position
Be a strong negotiator
Proven record in customer service
A quick learner
Someone who can work with minimal supervision and part of small team

This is a full time position which is based on their Glasgow site, the working hours are Mon-Friday 8am-5.30pm.
