Role Overview

This role is ideal for a Commercial Account Executive or an experienced Broker looking to transition into an Account Executive position. You'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients, handling new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial clients
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Retain and grow existing client relationships
  • Provide tailored advice and insurance solutions
  • Negotiate with insurers to secure the best terms for clients
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures
About You
  • Experience in commercial insurance, either as an Account Executive or a Broker ready to step up
  • Strong client management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and insurers
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business growth
