A customer centric organisation, the business is committed to increasing its digital channels and capability and is looking to appoint a Product/Proposition Development Manager to develop their proposition across a range of financial services products, applying a digital lens whilst thinking about what consumers and customers want, implementing change along the way.  This is not a ‘Tech’ or ‘Agile’ product role and is very much a ‘Business’ or ‘Commercial’ position, for a product/proposition minded professional, that is excited and interested in digital change and channels. Our client is happy to consider candidates from any discipline within the financial services or FinTech industries. Although initially an FTC, there is the possibility of further extension, or the role being made permanent.  Responsibilities of the Product/Proposition Development Manager (Financial Services):  - Lead product development enhancements through teams to meet customer needs- Identifying new opportunities through markets, competitors and customer feedback- Coordinating implementations, including business readiness and communication plans- Monitoring product performance and leading retros post-launch- Identify new opportunities with third parties- Identifying new partners to enable new distribution routes to market Background of the Product/Proposition Development Manager (Financial Services):  - Experience working within a commercial product/proposition development/owner capacity is essential- Strong commercial mindset, ability to identify an opportunity and respond to customer needs- A background in financial services/FinTech is essential.
