Responsibilities include;

  • Record financial transactions
  • Reconcile accounts.
  • Process invoices, manage payments, and monitor debtor/creditor balances.
  • Prepare payroll data.
  • Assist with budgets and forecasts.
  • Support administrative tasks and maintain data confidentiality.

Ideal Candidate;

  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Attention to detail, and excellent time management.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Communicates effectively at all levels.
  • Enjoys working as part of team as well as independently.
