Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound B2B sales calls (no consumer calls)
  • Generate quality leads and appointments for clients
  • Build relationships and influence key decision-makers
  • Work on multiple, varied campaigns for businesses across different industries
  • Focus on quality over quantity to drive maximum results

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous outbound B2B sales / telesales / telemarketing experience is essential
  • A self-motivated, target-driven individual with a strong work ethic
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • A proactive team player who can also work on their own initiative
  • Someone with energy, passion, and a genuine drive to achieve results
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Professional, friendly, and confident telephone manner
