This is an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join a Global Investment Bank on a contract until Dec 2025. The ideal candidate will have ServiceNow, ITSM and Business Analysis experience within the Financial Services industry.
What will you be doing?
- Works closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into process and tool requirements.
- Captures business requirements in the form of user stories and manages the story backlog.
- Undertakes research and performs analysis to understand how business areas work with consideration of people, processes, and technology.
- Assists Process Owners and Process Architects with designing, developing, and implementing the ITAM process.
- Identifies improvement opportunities, explores feasibility, and analyses the effects of change.
- Works closely with the wider team from story creation through to implementation.
Experience and skills required;* Strong and demonstratable experience of ITSM / ESM process requirements capture and design through to implementation.* Strong and demonstratable knowledge of the ITAM process.* Strong and demonstratable ServiceNow experience.* Strong capability and experience of running workshops with stakeholders.If this role is of interest please apply below.
