Business Development Executive

Permanent, full time position

24-28,000 DOE + commission/benefits

You will have a competitive nature, be hungry to succeed in a sales environment and have the ability to build relationships with key customers. You will join a close-knit team who often social together and support one another ensuring a positive workplace environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities via the telephone and attending regular customer meetings.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals to customer (support will be provided until you feel confident).
  • Grow your network of contacts via LinkedIn.
  • Develop and implement a sales plan ensuring all opportunities are followed up.
  • Deliver positive, high levels of customer service all the way the sales process.

What you'll need:

  • Strong communicator and proactive team member.
  • Driven and motivated to achieve success.
  • Tenacity and resilience.
  • Be confident speaking to people at all levels.
  • Prior track record of working within a similar sales/ recruitment background would be advantageous.
  • Can work to tight deadlines.
