  • Lead Business Change activities across the portfolio
  • Demonstrate visible and effective experience to lead business change management activity (LEAD)
  • Experience of developing clear vision and standards and championing the use of best practice business change management standards, tools and processes (LEAD)
  • Ability to drive through a goal-oriented strategic approach in a dynamic and complex organisational context - you understand change management, have strong influencing skills and are comfortable steering upstream decision-making with senior decision-makers
  • Proven ability to lead and implement high-volume, complex, multi-channel transformational change communications and engagement campaigns
  • Ability to lead coordinated engagement across a large number of stakeholders (e.g. galvanising action across different teams that need to be joined up)
  • Experience of utilising different change, communications and engagement disciplines in the context of a coordinated programme, e.g. insight, stakeholder engagement, digital, media, etc
  • Establish and maintain the change plan for allocated projects and provide input into the overall project delivery plan
  • Lead on Office Business Change messaging, working closely with Delivery Manager.
  • Ensuring and evaluating successful delivery of a coordinated programme of project engagement activities and events, including internal staff video calls, 'show and tell’ workshops, governance forums and events.
  • Oversight of quality content across the entire Portfolio and project communications.
