Your new companyA well known bespoke consultancy based in Glasgow. This organisation provide technology services to their clients with a particular emphasis on quality and pace of delivery. They have built up a reputation within their industry as a go to provider and are looking to add to their highly skilled and high performing team. Your new roleAs a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with end users and SMEs to gather detailed requirements and understand their needs. Your role will involve facilitating discussions to ensure all stakeholders are aligned, and their expectations are clearly defined. You will conduct As-Is and To-Be analysis to identify areas for improvement by analysing the current state of business processes and systems. This involves developing a comprehensive understanding of existing workflows, pain points, and inefficiencies. You will design future state solutions by creating detailed To-Be process maps that outline the desired future state of business operations, proposing innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and meet the strategic outputs required by the organisation.What you'll need to succeed
- Proven track record of successful product delivery as a business analyst
- Previous experience of end to end mapping of current and future state in order to form a blueprint for the development team
- Able to workshop effectively and work with SMEs in order to establish As Is and To Be
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
What you'll get in return
- Day rate £400 - £425 (Outside IR35)
- 3 Month contract (Part time working arrangement after initial month)
- Hybrid working
