Bennett & Game are proudly representing a well-established faade specialist seeking a Branch Manager to join a team of 30 in their Glasgow office. For over 50 years the company has provided complete bespoke external packages to the industry, gaining an unrivalled reputation for quality, cost-effectiveness and performance.

It is envisioned the successful candidate will have good knowledge of the faade/cladding industry or come from a metal fabrication background. Prior experience as a Branch Manager will be greatly beneficial and a good ability to manage a team is essential. Branch Manager Job Overview

  • Oversee the general management of the branch. Managing 20 people in the factory and 10 administrators in the office
  • Facilitate growth by recruiting top talent to enhance the team
  • Drive branch sales and profitability while expanding into new market channels and routes.
  • Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to organise and manage production efficiently.
  • Cultivate strong, face-to-face relationships with customers to uncover new opportunities and improve margins.
  • Ensure all customers experience exceptional service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team, fostering ongoing development and support.
  • Optimise operations by effectively managing stock levels and vehicle utilisation.
  • Uphold and champion company values at every opportunity.
  • Participate in management meetings as required.
  • Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and statutory obligations, including strict compliance with Health and Safety standards.

Branch Manager Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Faade related product knowledge (such as; cladding, glazing, facades, windows, doors, curtain walling etc.)
  • Proven experience in managing branch financials
  • High quality communication skills, verbal and written
  • Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and customers
