Facilities Technician, Lanarkshire Area, Salary from 25,000 to 28,000 per annum + Excellent Pension + Development & Training Opportunities!
Are you a facilities Technician looking for a new opportunity? We are currently looking for a Facilities Technician to join a leading facilities management company, working on various commercial sites in the Lanarkshire area. The Facilities Technician will be responsible for handling all building/site maintenance.
Facilities Technician will receive:
- Salary of 25,000 - 28,000 per annum.

Facilities Technician daily duties include:
- Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM's) and Building Maintenance.
- Minor plumbing repairs to leaks and blockages.
- Fabric maintenance including painting and joinery.
- Water hygiene tasks including water temperature monitoring, TMV servicing and weekly flushing of outlets.
- Offering a high level of customer service onsite, dealing with clients and the public.
