I am currently working with a leading Property Management company who operate several large retail parks across Scotland. The team are seeking to appoint an experienced Property & Facilities Coordinator to help manage their Glasgow retail park based near Easterhouse.This role will have you overseeing the daily operation and running of 100+ retail units and their tenants. This is an office based role where you will look after various aspects of H&S, compliance and contractor management.Knowledge of property maintenance such as fire safety, legionella and general H&S is essential for this role. NEBOSH/IOSH or similar would be advantageous. A strong problem solving mindset and friendly demeanour is also essential for this role as you will be dealing with both tenants and external contractors.You will be based at the Glasgow site however may be required to visit some of the neighbouring retail parks if required. (However this is not likely to occur often). Therefore, a full driving licence is required.You will work alongside the centre management within a lively and newly remodelled office. This role will offer flexible working and the opportunity for a home working day once settled in.The site operates several complex IT systems to upkeep their high compliance standards. Therefore strong IT and organisational skills are an essential part of this role.
