Contract: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Mon -Fri 10:00-19:00

Based: Scotland wide. Occasional need to travel and overnight.

Salary: £35,000 - £37,500

You must have a valid SIA Licence and Driver’s Licence to be eligible for this role.

Your Role:

Service manager holds a crucial position in facilitating the seamless operation of our business. Reporting to the General Manager and providing support to the Select management team, this role Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Deployment set up
  • Service delivery
  • Service visits

Key Tasks

· Take the lead on Invoice Management and Payment of suppliers

  • Manage supplier service delivery and quality
  • Site surveys prior to sale and reconfigurations
  • Organise site packs
  • Set up cleaning and security labour deployments
  • Arrange 1st day and 7th day with Area Support Manager.
  • Good engagement with Prime Secure support contract: Security Managers, Monitoring Station, and Engineering. Ensure all set up and ongoing service visits are carried out.
  • Manage and action guard reporting from Monitoring Station inc check call issue / book on / off issues / C&W issues
  • Manage and action CCTV reporting from Monitoring Station inc isolations / housekeeping / faults.
  • Quarterly service visits across CCTV, guarding and cleaning. Get feedback and resolve issues
  • Manage and react to shift blow-out
  • Manage customer expectations
  • Ensure Key Terms are upheld. Process billing; recons, damage, client led issues etc
  • Onboard new suppliers and host performance meetings as required
  • Work to KPIs as set out.
  • Incident resolution visits as required
  • New business as required: Visit new site opportunities. Upsell in current sites.
  • Post Installations as required
  • C&W checks as required
