The Role

As a Chef de Partie at Kudos, you will have the opportunity to work within a high-energy kitchen, focusing on delivering fresh and seasonal brunch dishes. Youll be supported by an experienced team, where your role will evolve as we continue to innovate our brunch menu. Key Responsibilities:

Take direction from the Head Chef & Sous Chef and assist with the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring top standards of food safety and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
Run a section during service, with sections rotating for your personal and professional growth.
Be an integral part of delivering high-quality food and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of food preparation, modern cooking techniques, and food safety.
Have a positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards under pressure.
Show excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy kitchen environment.
Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture.
