Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen

Collaborate with the culinary team to create and prepare high-quality dishes

Ensure food preparation and cooking processes are executed efficiently and according to recipes and standards

Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to sanitation and safety regulations

Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed

Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of meals

Experience:

Experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting

Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes

Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
