The East End Fox, a Scottish pub recognized as the Deams Scottish pub of the year, is seeking a hands-on Head Chef.
The current Head Chef is transitioning to a shareholder role in a new gastro pub venture.
The establishment operates from Wednesday to Sunday and is closed on Christmas and New Year's Day.
The salary for the Head Chef position is approximately £40,000, including service charge, and is dependent on experience.

Due to purchasing anther Gastro pub, The East End Fox, Garrowhill, The Deams Scottish pub of the year, is looking for a hands on Head Chef.

Ou Current Head Chef is becomming a shareholder in the new business.

We are open Wednesday to Sundat, closed Christmas and New Years day.

Salary circa £40,000 inc service charge depending on experience.
