Internal Sales Account Manager
Glasgow City Centre Salary - £30k with up to 30% annual bonus Duties and Responsibilities * Identify opportunities and maximise revenue from account portfolio.* Regular phone calls to key stakeholders within defined customer accounts.* Compilation of pricing agreements and quotes in accordance with commercial team guidance.* Assist with resolving any customer queries and manage customer debt.* Update customers quarterly on their account spend to enhance revenue growth.* Ensure that the customer loss and damage charges are dealt with in a timely manner in conjunction with Operations.* Updating customer contact database.* Record all customer calls accurately on CLM.* Preparation and submission of reports to Internal Sales Manager, as required.Benefits include:
