Our market leading client is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join their friendly team on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will report into the National Sales Manager and will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities of their electrical products across Scotland and North East England.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategy in support of the business objectives
- Take new product launches and promotions into consideration for sales strategy and forecasts
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity
- Plan, forecast and report upon sales activity within your area against KPI’s
- The Area Sales Manager will work collaboratively and develop relationships with all internal departments and stakeholders
Key skills/requirements:
- The Area Sales Manager will have at least a couple of years’ experience within the electrical sector
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Must have a driving licence and be happy travel
