Key Responsibilities:* Creating and maintaining a network of contacts to ensure a constant flow of leads for your new business pipeline. *Taking sales opportunities through from qualification to 'on-boarding' the new business.*Drive improvements across the sales process.*Provide guidance and coaching to more junior members of the regional team.Skills and Experience:* Previous experience of working in a contract management or key account environment with FMCG organisations*Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing and/or retail sectors.* A good commercial acumen along with strong negotiation and presentation skills to senior level are essential.* Comfortable approaching and establishing a rapport with new and varied personalities.
