Business Development Manager

Home based - covering Scotland and North East England

£40k basic + OTE £50-£55k + car allowance + company benefits

Agenda Partnership are supporting a multi-award-winning business who are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team to support and build on the Scotland and North East of England territory.

With a head office in the North and offices based in the capital and overseas, they have expanded their service offering and client base throughout Europe and plan to expand further.

As the Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers, supporting existing customers and selling new products to that customer base. It's important you live in or around Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Motherwell or Filkirk. The role will be largely remote, with an average of 2 days per week out and about visiting client sites.

You will be communicating the companiesvalues, and how their products can benefit them and importantly their customers. The role will include the full sales cycle from account activation, delivering on-site training and generating new leads.

What will you be doing day to day:

  • Account managing existing customer base
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Focusing on generating a new customers via direct sales, referrals and commercial awareness
