What You Will Do and Achieve
  • Lead and Inspire: Collaborate with high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results. Ability to critically engage (working with the C-suite) with 3rd parties including collaboration partners (including corporates), grant funding agencies, external service providers. Demonstrated ability to work across multiple teams (Finance, people, commercial, R&D) - note that the Chief of Staff will not be involved with R&D per se. Be agile.
  • Operational Excellence: Simplify complex processes, creating efficient and memorable systems. Demonstrated engagement and outcomes within life science/chemical/biomanufacturing industry including stakeholders and corporates. Working vertically and horizontally across the organisation.
  • Drive Metrics: Be energised by tracking and achieving KPIs and OKRs with precision. Demonstrated ability in planning, outcome metrics including KPI, milestone, objective setting and tracking tools.
  • Strategic Influence: Work closely with our leadership team to shape the future of our operations.
  • Data Mastery: Build models and analyse data to continuously improve their processes.
  • Embrace Challenges: Tackle a variety of problems, ensuring dynamic growth and learning.
