Role: Corporate Account HandlerLocation: Glasgow (Hybrid)Salary: £35,000 to £45,000
We are seeking a professional and experienced Corporate Account Handler to join our Client's, who is a global powerhouse, servicing team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director on large complex accounts, with a focus on fee business up to 50k income and with a construction bias.
Responsibilities- Manage and service a portfolio of corporate accounts
- Work closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement account strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Analyze and assess client needs to provide appropriate insurance solutions
- Negotiate with underwriters to obtain the best terms for clients
- Proven experience in corporate account handling within the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of construction-related insurance products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g. ACII) would be advantageous
- Collaborating with the Managing Director to develop and implement account strategies
- Communicating with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Negotiating with underwriters to obtain competitive terms for clients
- Managing and servicing a portfolio of corporate accounts
