Role: Corporate Account HandlerLocation: Glasgow (Hybrid)Salary: £35,000 to £45,000

We are seeking a professional and experienced Corporate Account Handler to join our Client's, who is a global powerhouse, servicing team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director on large complex accounts, with a focus on fee business up to 50k income and with a construction bias.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and service a portfolio of corporate accounts
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement account strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Analyze and assess client needs to provide appropriate insurance solutions
  • Negotiate with underwriters to obtain the best terms for clients
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in corporate account handling within the insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of construction-related insurance products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g. ACII) would be advantageous
Day-to-day
  • Collaborating with the Managing Director to develop and implement account strategies
  • Communicating with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Negotiating with underwriters to obtain competitive terms for clients
  • Managing and servicing a portfolio of corporate accounts
