They are looking to expand their team as the work load is increasing and is showing no signs of stopping.Your new roleAs a Road Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of road and highway projects. You will work closely with the directors and the estimator to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in delivering successful projects. What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in road and highway engineering.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Proficiency in design software and tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
