Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, design, and delivery of water infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, CDM regulations, and best practices.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Promote innovation and the adoption of new technologies in water engineering.
  • Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and sustainability.


What Our Client is Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Extensive experience in civil engineering design and project management within the water or wastewater sector.
  • Strong understanding of water infrastructure, hydraulic systems, and treatment works.
  • Leadership experience managing teams and complex projects.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and other relevant engineering software.
  • Chartered status or working towards chartership (ICE, CIWEM, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous professional development.
