COMMERCIAL MANAGER - INITIAL 5 MONTH - OUTSIDE IR35

Loriens leading Glasgow based Public Sector client is looking for an highly skilled Commercial Manager to join their team on an initial 5 month contract.

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in reviewing contracts and identifying compliance issues. Must be able to review and interpret contracts to understand the obligations, rights, and responsibilities of all parties.
  • Monitor contract performance to ensure all parties meet their obligations and the terms and conditions are fulfilled.
  • Identify potential risks related to contract performance and compliance, and recommend solutions to mitigate those risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contract activities, including compliance documentation, audit reports, and correspondence.

Desirable:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts and compliance projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines.
