Are you an experienced Commercial Manager who is looking for an exciting Public Sector opportunity?
Our Glasgow based client are looking for a Commercial Manager to join their team on a contract until April 2025. The successful applicant will work with the team to help the client move to a new ICT delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
- Thorough analysis and attention to detail are critical in reviewing contracts to identify any compliance issues. The task involves interpreting contracts to fully understand the obligations, rights, and responsibilities of all parties involved.
- Oversee contract performance to ensure all parties adhere to their obligations and that the terms and conditions are met.
- Identify potential risks related to contract performance and compliance, offering recommendations for mitigating these risks.
- Maintain precise and organised records of all contract-related activities, including compliance documentation, audit reports, and correspondence.
Key Applicant Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Capable of working independently while managing multiple contracts and compliance projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address challenges.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
The successful candidate will be required to attend the Glasgow offices on a regular basis so must live within a commutable distance.
