Our client, a specialist roofing and cladding contractor based near Glasgow, is actively seeking a Site Manager to join their growing team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects in collaboration with Tier 1 contractors, they specialise in roofing and cladding solutions across the Central Belt region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with roofing and cladding experience to take on a key role within a well-established and respected company.
Site Manager - Benefits:
- Salary: £45k - £55k (DOE)
- 34 days' holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)

Site Manager - Role Overview:
- Overseeing and managing roofing and cladding projects from start to completion
- Coordinating with subcontractors, Tier 1 contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensuring all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Maintaining strict compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
- Managing materials, schedules, and workforce on site
- Resolving on-site challenges and ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders
- Conducting site inspections and progress reports for senior management
Site Manager - Requirements:
- Proven experience in roofing and cladding projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Familiarity with health & safety regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with subcontractors
- Based near Glasgow and willing to cover projects across the Central Belt region
- Full UK driving licence
