## OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee fire & security, perimeter security, and civils projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading major projects with a focus on enterprise solutions and utilities, while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
## Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and finalise projects within strict deadlines and budget constraints- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders- Lead the project team in the development and implementation of a project plan- Ensure resource availability and allocation- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques- Report and escalate to management as needed- Manage the relationship with the client, as well as all stakeholders- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation- Perform risk management to minimize project risks- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
## Qualifications- Proven working experience in project management- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus- Experience with fire & security, perimeter security, and civils projects- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Strong familiarity with enterprise solutions and utilities projects
## Day-to-day- Overseeing projects from inception to completion- Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are met- Conducting regular project meetings and providing updates to stakeholders- Managing project budgets and timelines- Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
